Shopping and booking

What is Rille?

Rille is a marketplace for Nigerian makers and professionals. You follow the shops and pros you like, buy their products, book their services and pay in one app.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer, from your Rille wallet, or with USDC. Card and bank transfer open a secure payment page; your wallet confirms with your Rille PIN.

How is my order protected?

When you pay for an order in the app, Rille holds the money. The shop is paid when you confirm delivery, or 3 days after they mark the order delivered if you haven't raised a problem. For services, the pro is paid after your appointment.

If an order doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you can ask for a refund from the order. Orders placed on a shop's own link (store.rille.ng) are paid straight to the seller.

How does delivery work?

Each shop sets its own delivery price and processing time, shown before you pay. You can track every order from your profile.

Wallet

What can I do with my Rille wallet?

Your naira wallet can add cash, withdraw to any Nigerian bank and request money: from another Rille user, with a payment link, or as a contribution several people pay into.

Your USDC wallet can send, receive and swap into your naira wallet.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Verification protects you and keeps Rille within Nigerian financial rules. The more you verify, the more you can do:

TierYou verifyDaily limitBalance limit
Tier 1Phone₦50,000₦300,000
Tier 2BVN and a selfie₦200,000₦500,000
Tier 3Address₦5,000,000₦100,000,000
What are the fees?

Shopping on Rille is free. Any fee on a withdrawal or a swap, and the exchange rate for a swap into naira, is shown before you confirm.

Is my BVN safe?

We use your BVN only to confirm who you are. It doesn't give Rille access to your bank account or balance.

Selling

Who can sell on Rille?

Anyone 18 or older in Nigeria with something they're allowed to sell: products, services or both. You'll verify your identity before your first payout.

How much does it cost to sell?

Basic is free. Rille takes a commission on each completed sale, and the rate depends on your category. Pro is ₦10,000 a month and gives you 2% less commission, a verified tick, business analytics and priority placement. Compare plans.

When do I get paid?

Earnings land in your Rille wallet when an order is delivered or a booking is completed. Move them to your bank whenever you like.
