This Electronic Records and Signatures Consent ("Consent") applies to your use of the Rille platform operated by Rille Digital Ltd ("Rille," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accepting our Terms & Conditions, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to this Consent.

You consent to receive all agreements, notices, disclosures, statements, receipts, and other communications and records ("Records") from Rille in electronic form (through the Platform, by email, by SMS or in-app messaging, or by making them available on our website) rather than on paper. Electronic delivery of a Record has the same legal effect as if it had been provided in paper form.

You agree that your electronic actions constitute your signature and legally binding agreement. This includes, without limitation, clicking or tapping "I agree," "Accept," "Continue," or a similar control; entering your transaction PIN, one-time password, or biometric authentication; and completing account or transaction flows. Such electronic signatures are valid and enforceable to the same extent as a handwritten signature, and you agree not to dispute the validity or enforceability of an agreement solely because it was signed electronically.

This Consent applies to every interaction, agreement, and transaction between you and Rille conducted through the Platform, including the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, identity-verification consents, payment authorisations, and any future updates to these documents.

To access and retain electronic Records, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser or the Rille application, a valid email address or phone number, and the ability to view, download, and store documents (for example, as PDF). By continuing, you confirm you have access to these.
5.Retaining and Accessing RecordsLink to this section
We recommend you save or print copies of Records for your files. You may request a copy of any Record we are required to make available, and access your agreements and transaction history through the Platform, for as long as required by applicable law.
6.Withdrawing ConsentLink to this section
You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically by contacting us, but because the Platform operates entirely electronically, withdrawing consent means you will no longer be able to use the Platform or its services. Withdrawal is not retroactive and does not affect the validity of Records or signatures made before withdrawal.
7.Keeping Your Information CurrentLink to this section
You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, and contact details accurate and up to date so that we can deliver electronic Records to you. You can update these in your account settings or by contacting us.
